By accessing and using the Trade Origin platform, you agree to the following terms:

• 1 . Right to Use

  Techsol grants the Customer a non-exclusive, term-limited license to use the Platform. All ownership and proprietary rights remain with Techsol.

• 2 . Prohibited Activities

  Customer may not reverse engineer, circumvent technical limitations, or rent/sell/host the Platform for third parties.

• 3 . Acceptable Use

  The Platform must not be used unlawfully, harmfully, or to gain unauthorized access. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

• 4 . Customer Data

  Customer is solely responsible for all data uploaded and must have rights to it. Techsol assumes no liability beyond legal obligations.

• 5 . Responsibility for Customer’s Accounts

  Customer must keep authentication credentials secure and report any misuse or security issues.

• 6 . Support

  Techsol will provide commercially reasonable operational and technical support for the Platform.

• 7 . Fees and Payment

  Customer must pay all fees within 30 days. Late payments incur interest and recovery costs.

• 8 . Warranty Disclaimer

  The Platform is provided ‘as is’ without warranties. Techsol disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a purpose.

• 9 . Limitation of Liability

  Techsol is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to $1,000 USD.

• 10 . Indemnity

  Customer agrees to indemnify Techsol against claims arising from misuse, breach of agreement, or legal violations related to use of the Platform.

• 11 . Termination

  Techsol may suspend or terminate use of the Platform for breach, non-payment, or to prevent unauthorized access.

• 12 . Confidentiality

  Both parties agree to protect confidential information and restrict its use and disclosure, with specific exceptions.

• 13 . Miscellaneous

  Includes provisions on notices, assignment, severability, waiver, agency, applicable law (Bahrain), entire agreement, and force majeure.
