A digital trade finance platform, built by people who have run these desks.
TradeOrigin is a digital trade finance platform created under the umbrella of Techsol Management Consultant, a company specialising in digital solutions for financial markets and corporates.
Our team, experienced in financial markets and technology, excels in creative problem-solving — integrating automation with the latest technology to address organisational challenges and develop improvement plans. TradeOrigin was developed as an in-house digital trade finance platform, and to cater to globally changing trade finance requirements.
Two ecosystems, one platform
Corporates bring their buyers, suppliers and funders. Banks bring their corporate and correspondent relationships. TradeOrigin sits between the two, so a requirement raised on one side is priced by the other without either leaving the platform.
Trade finance fog: navigate your company with clarity and reduce your financial cost
Limited options
Stuck with few banks, missing out on competitive pricing from a larger banking network.
Price puzzle
Uncertain about market pricing of trade products, therefore missing out on optimal pricing.
Hidden costs
Middlemen fees and opaque pricing eat into profits.
Time drain
Legacy processes of emails and phone calls waste time sourcing the best trade finance pricing.
Unavailability of critical data
Lacking insights on global bank risk and country risks.
Mitigating buyers' payment risk
Corporates and banks depend on few networks to mitigate their payment risk.
Thrive, don't survive
Banks work in traditional ways to source trade finance business, and need to embrace technology for executing their trade transactions as well as reaching untapped sources of business.
Inefficient & paper-based processes
Inefficient and costly processes and slow turnaround times due to paper-based transaction execution — no ESG benefit, and an increased chance of errors and paper-based fraud.
Blind spots everywhere
No real-time visibility on trade business opportunities, bank and country risk profiles, or market pricing — and no real-time digital audit trail, so late reconciliations increase the chance of non-compliance and fraud.
Stuck in siloed networks
Opaque, legacy communication methods for corporates and banks concluding deals — missing out on the larger, vaster international network available to banks.
Restricted horizons
Non-banked clients remain untapped, and no visibility of opportunities means capped growth potential.
Building a wider network of digitized ecosystem to facilitate banks to connect, negotiate and execute deals
Enhanced local & global network
Compare and secure deals and opportunities from banks and corporates locally and worldwide.
Paperless speedy deals
Slash processing times with automated digital workflows — and go green, with a measurable ESG benefit.
Real-time visibility
Track progress and insights on one digital platform in a few clicks, with an easy audit trail that follows your compliance parameters.
Cost savings
Reduce financial costs on your trade finance transactions by gaining the best pricing from multiple banks.
In-depth analytics
Gain unmatched risk pricing data on countries and banks for informed decisions, and track real-time analytics and deal progress.
The paperwork reads itself
Trade finance runs on documents, and most of the time spent raising a deal is spent copying what those documents already say into a form. TradeOrigin uses AI to remove that step — and a few others.
Documents that fill in the form
Upload the letter of credit, the invoice set or the forfaiting paperwork and the request populates itself. Extraction runs for LC confirmation, receivable finance and forfaiting; you check and correct rather than key it in.
Sanctions screened in the flow
Counterparties and countries are assessed against sanctions exposure as part of raising the deal, not as a separate errand somebody remembers to run afterwards.
Translated as you work
Cross-border trade is cross-language trade. The platform translates so a counterparty in another market is not a blocker.
Every AI call is made server-side against an explicit allow-list of endpoints, authenticated as you — your documents never go straight from the browser to a third party.
The Value
89% of banks struggle with finding viable connections, risk mitigation in new markets and — most importantly — deal sourcing.

Compare and secure deals from thousands of banks and corporates worldwide.

Everything you trade, on one platform
Raised deal by deal, originated bank to bank, or run as a standing program — each has its own page explaining the instrument and how it works here.
Letter of credit for corporates
Our LC suite gives you the platform to bid or get competitive rates for your transactions lightning fast — whether it is LC confirmation, LC discounting, or both. With cutting-edge technology, TradeOrigin gets your transaction deals executed fast, with complementing time-saving features.
Letter of guarantee for corporates
When we say trade, we mean covering all global trade needs — which is why we provide the platform for bids on LG deals, catering not only to regional letters of guarantee but also cross-border. All types of LGs can be engaged, from contractual, 100% cash and zakat to SBLC and more, increasing network and revenues.
Bank to bank deals
Financial institutions can leverage the platform for originating FI trade deals — LC confirmation, counter guarantee and risk participation deals — from banks globally.
Certified to ISO/IEC 27001
Trade finance runs on documents a competitor must never see: pricing, limits, counterparties, invoices. TradeOrigin is operated under an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001 — the international standard for how an organisation identifies its information risks and controls them, audited by an external body rather than self-declared.
Certificate number, registrar and scope available on request.
Organizational controls
Policies, defined ownership of information, supplier and cloud assurance, and a tested response plan for when something does go wrong.
People controls
Screening, confidentiality undertakings, security training and a clean exit process — the majority of breaches start with a person, not a firewall.
Physical controls
Controlled facilities and equipment handling for anything that stores or processes platform data, including disposal and media transfer.
Technological controls
Access control, encryption, logging and monitoring, secure development and change management across the platform.
What that means on a deal
- Bids stay sealed. The bidding process is completely confidential and secure — no bank sees another bank's pricing.
- Multi-factor authentication. Accounts are protected by MFA, not a password alone.
- Role-based access. Users see the deals their organisation and role entitle them to, and nothing beyond.
- Every action is logged. A real-time audit trail records who did what, and when, for easy audit and compliance.
- Documents stay with the deal. Uploads are held against the transaction they belong to and released only to the counterparties on it.
- Signed on the platform. Acceptance and signature are captured in the system, so every approval is attributable. Email notifies the people who need to act — it never carries the approval itself.
Three steps from requirement to executed deal
Post the requirement
Corporates upload trade finance requirements — LC confirmations, LC discounting, letters of guarantee and more.
Banks submit bids
Registered banks and financial institutions submit their bids. The process is completely confidential and secure.
Accept and execute
The corporate reviews the offers and accepts the most suitable one — then executes on the same platform.
TradeOrigin was created with a single goal — modernizing and digitizing the current trade finance landscape, allowing corporates and banks to adopt an efficient platform to conclude their trade deals seamlessly.
